From custom dishes to conventional plates, The Grand offers a variety of catering options to meet your event needs. Our plated packages offer perfectly paired food, with options that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients. We also offer a vast selection of hor d’oeuvres, stations, late-night snacks, and more. Our menu is updated throughout the year to accommodate for market fluctuations and supply constraints.
Spirits packages include some of the most sought-after brands and are complete with call-bar options designed to accommodate any guest. Add-ons such as a draft beer or cocktails can be selected and customized alongside your package.
Upon booking, guests receive an invitation to a quarterly tasting event with Chef Chris Papas and his team. During these tastings, we invite our guests to provide feedback directly to the Chef to ensure your guests’ have the culinary experience you envisioned.

Grand Exclusive Package
Our grand plated dining experience includes butlered hors d’oeurves, salad, and selection of two proteins paired with sides.
Grand Luxury Package
Our grand plated package includes butlered hors d’oeurves, salad, and selection of two entrees and two sides.

Grand Superior
Our superior family-style package includes butlered hors d’oeurves, plated salad, and your selection of family-style passed entrees and sides. Also included: breadbasket displays on each table composed of garlic whipped butter and assorted rolls, tableside water service, and all necessary china, flatware, and glassware.

Dishes as rich in history as they are in flavor. This family-style package includes chips & salsa at the table, a butlered hors d’oeurve, plated salad, and your selection of family-style passed entrees and sides, along with tortillas and tableside accompaniments.
Southern Homestyle
Celebrate with a southern culinary spread they will remember. This family-style package includes a butlered hors d’oeurve, plated salad, and your selection of family-style passed entrees and sides.
Taste of Italy
